In eight months, the 8th COAA International Conference on Atmosphere, Ocean, and Climate Change (ICAOCC) will be held in the campus of Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology (NUIST), Nanjing, China. The purpose of this second circular is to invite participants to submit abstracts and register to the meeting. For those who plan to attend the meeting, please visit the following website to register and submit abstracts: http://www.coaaweb.org/COAA2019/index.html. The website contains all necessary information on the meeting such as session arrangement, session topics, session conveners, registration fees, accommodation, transportation, and other logistic information. Please follow instructions on the website when submitting an abstract and doing registration.

Note that the Early Bird Registration fee is lower than the Regular Onsite Registration fee. Early registration is encouraged to save cost of participation. Those who register and pay the registration fee before the abstract submission deadline will receive early notification for presentations in the meeting.

Travel supports will be available for qualified international participants and they are determined on a case-by-case basis. Please indicate if you need travel support when submitting abstracts.
